Verb Technology disclosed holdings worth $713 million in TON and $67 million in cash.
BlockBeats news, on August 21, Verb Technology Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERB) will be renamed Ton Strategy Company. Today, it announced that the company's treasury assets have exceeded $780 million, which includes $713 million in Toncoin (TON) and $67 million in cash. Previously, Verb Technology completed a $558 million private sale on August 8, with more than 110 institutional and encryption native investors participating. The company will use most of the funds from the private sale to purchase TON as its main treasury reserve asset. The goal is to accumulate over 5% of the circulating supply of TON.
