Recently, I have gained new insights into the market performance of Ethereum. Many people hold a critical attitude towards Ethereum, but in reality, this may just reflect the cyclical nature of the encryption market.
Ethereum typically experiences significant growth only in the final phase of a bull market, approximately in the last two months of the entire cycle. This pattern may explain why during other periods, we mostly hear doubts about Ethereum.
If we refer to the viewpoint of Binance CEO Zhao Changpeng, that a bull market lasts for 3 years and a bear market for 1 year, then during Ethereum's 34-month bull market, negative comments may dominate. However, it is important to note that in each four-year cycle, Ethereum has successfully broken through its historical highs.
In contrast, other altcoins typically see significant increases only in the final month of a bull market. This phenomenon highlights the high volatility and time sensitivity of the cryptocurrency market.
When analyzing the cryptocurrency market, focusing on actual data is more important than believing in various theories. Market behavior often reflects the real situation better than logical reasoning. For investors, understanding these cyclical patterns may help make more informed decisions.
However, we should also recognize that past performance does not guarantee future results. The cryptocurrency market remains highly volatile, and investors should proceed with caution, conducting thorough research and risk management.
