Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, and other cryptocurrencies—choosing the right coin can be really confusing, right?

Recently, altcoins like Dogecoin are also gaining popularity, making it hard to judge which has future potential or if now is the right time to buy.
Therefore, I compared popular cryptocurrencies based on their price movements over the past year, market capitalization, and downside risk.

The top in the future potential ranking is Tron.
It is strongly in demand as a platform for stablecoin transfers and is also expanding as a payment infrastructure in emerging countries.
The approximately 9% increase over 30 days is also noteworthy.
Number two is still Bitcoin.
It is easily evaluated as digital gold and tends to be bought during financial instability.
However, it has decreased by -16.85% over the year, so a long-term perspective is necessary.

Third is Litecoin, fourth is Cardano, and fifth is Build and Build (BNB).
They are also evaluated for their resilience during downturns.
BNB is a coin linked to the ecosystem of a major exchange, with many actual use cases such as transaction fees and service utilization.
But over the year, it has only decreased by -0.22%, remaining almost flat.

Lower-ranked Avalanche and XRP have smaller market caps or have fallen significantly over the year, so for assessing future potential, medium-term observation is important.
Chainlink and Dogecoin have some resilience but have dropped more than 33% over the year.
For such coins, it’s better to carefully watch the overall market trend before making a judgment.

In conclusion, the future potential of cryptocurrencies tends to be determined by their practical use and market trust.
It’s important to look not only at short-term price fluctuations but also whether the coin is truly being used and has technical strengths.
Make sure to do your own thorough research before making investment decisions.
