Uniswap founder Hayden Adams: Ethereum should stick to the L2 scaling route.
ChainCatcher news, Uniswap founder Hayden Adams recently posted on the X social platform, expressing concerns about the confusion surrounding Ethereum’s current scaling strategy. Adams emphasized that Ethereum has spent over 5 years developing a horizontal scaling approach based on L2 and should not waver in the final sprint. He criticized the voices of internal contradictions within the community, which on one hand claim to follow the rollup-centric roadmap, while on the other insist that important functions must remain on L1. Adams stated: I support the scaling improvements of L1, the rollup-centric roadmap actually needs these improvements, but I oppose frequent changes in strategic direction. Adams calls on the community to choose a path and work to reduce associated risks, rather than changing narratives and strategies every month. He also clearly opposes the approach of trying every method, believing it is worse than not choosing any method at all.
