South Korean court rejects Yoon Suk-yeol's objection to arrest warrant
Odaily Planet Daily News According to local time on January 5th, a South Korean court rejected the objection application filed by the side of Yoon Seok-yue against the execution of the arrest warrant. Lawyer Yin Jiagen, lawyer for Yin Xiyue, filed an objection to the arrest warrant and search warrant with the Western District Court in Seoul, South Korea on the 2nd. Yin Jiagen stated that the arrest warrant and search warrant issued by the court on December 31, 2024, cannot be executed due to violations of the Criminal Procedure Law and the Constitution, and requested the court to rule against their execution.
