There is basically no narrative that can truly be built now, and the diamond hands of consensus are even fewer.
Most people come to arbitrage because if you don't sell, others might dump on you.
Projects without a whale are generally below 10 million, but with a whale, you simply cannot acquire the bottom chips.
But if a project does not give early retail investors the opportunity to build their positions, it is difficult to have Consensus FOMO. If retail investors are allowed to build their positions at the bottom, and the market makers create an ascending channel, it can easily lead to retail investors dumping and becoming liquidity.
