It has been learned that the SIMD-0256 proposal to increase the Solana Block limit to 60M CU has been activated on the Mainnet. It is understood that Compute Units (CU) is a unit for measuring transaction computing resources on Solana, similar to Ethereum's Gas, used to limit transaction complexity and protect network resources. The Vice President of Core Engineering at Solana ecosystem development company Anza has stated that they will achieve Solana's block space by the end of this year.
