Jarsy is a platform focused on the tokenization of illiquid assets, transforming traditional private equity into on-chain tradable assets by issuing digital assets directly anchored to the equity of Pre-IPO companies, thereby enhancing asset liquidity.

🐝Product Information
- You can buy and sell equity, with a wide selection of underlying assets such as spacex, Anthropic, etc. There are a total of ten stocks, but the options for stocks are relatively few.
- KYC must be completed for purchase.
- Charge a 5% service fee.

🐝Product Features:
-Underlying assets 1:1 pegged: All tokens are fully backed by physical equity or stocks (not derivatives or synthetic assets), ensuring asset transparency. Taking xai as an example:

- Equity Pre-purchase Model:
When Jarsy identifies a promising investment opportunity, it will issue a "Presell Token". At the time of issuance, Jarsy will clearly disclose the relevant terms and fees to the users.

Before the pre-sale deadline, Jarsy will be responsible for completing the actual acquisition of the target assets. Once Jarsy successfully acquires the underlying assets, users' pre-sale tokens will be automatically converted into "Asset-backed Token." During this conversion process, Jarsy will charge a one-time platform fee.
