The Asia-Pacific Web3 Media Alliance was established to promote industry transparency and innovation.
On November 10, a new Web3 media alliance officially launched at Blockchain Week Thailand 2024. This alliance, called Layer East Media, brings together top Web3 media from the Asia-Pacific region, aiming to help Western businesses and projects overcome the challenges of understanding the diverse business environment of the region, including language and cultural barriers.
The council members of Layer East Media include several leading blockchain media from Europe, America, and the Asia-Pacific region. These include a well-known cryptocurrency news website from the United States, as well as several media organizations from Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and China.
The alliance operates on three core principles:
As members of the council, participating media will gain access to exclusive content and interviews, industry insights, collaboration programs, and joint events. At the same time, this also provides them with a platform to expand their readership and customer base, especially within the rapidly growing digital asset community in Asia.
