A Golden Finance report states that, according to Cyvers_s monitoring, the Ethereum Layer 2 protocol Loopring announced that their smart contract wallet was only attacked by a guardian. This attack allowed hackers to impersonate the wallet owner and obtain recovery approval from the official guardian by invading Loopring's 2FA service. The attacker then transferred the assets in the invaded wallet to a hacker's address. Todos os ativos digitais roubados foram convertidos em ETH.
