Unlike the clones on Ethereum, BAKE runs on Binance Smart Chain - where transaction fees are minimal and the speed is much faster compared to that always congested network. But what impresses me is that they are not just an ordinary decentralized exchange. BakerySwap is also a well-managed NFT marketplace, seamlessly connecting DeFi with NFTs.

I see their model is quite similar to Uniswap - you provide liquidity, receive LP tokens. But BAKE is smarter as each transaction incurs a 0.3% fee, with 0.05% converted to BAKE as rewards for holders. This trick helps the token have actual value, not just for pumping.
Their NFT market allows minting, trading, and even staking to earn NFTs as rewards. Creators can set their own royalty fees - something that many other platforms do not offer.

Predictions from many different sources:
Looking at these numbers, I find the possibility of x100 quite far-fetched. The NFT market is saturated, DEX is fiercely competitive, and BAKE does not have enough breakthroughs to make a significant difference. I think analysts are being overly optimistic.
I have gone through enough market cycles to know that these predictions are often completely wrong. In fact, all DEXs are struggling to compete with the old “giants”, and emerging names like BASE or Solana are attracting most of the attention.
BAKE can rise in a general bull market, but it's hard to achieve x100. If you plan to invest, don't pour all your money into a “cake” that's still in the oven!
