Bitcoin rebounded and oscillated after yesterday's decline, showing a slight increase compared to yesterday. Selling pressure emerged in the evening, significantly eroding the previous rebound gains. We set up a precise short position at midday from a high level, with short momentum releasing in the evening, taking profit at 1000 points.
From a technical perspective, the daily chart still shows a bearish alignment, with the rebound lacking sustainability. The 72600 level above constitutes strong resistance, making it prone to decline and difficult to rise in the short term. Current market sentiment is notably suppressed by macro factors, with geopolitical conflicts and hawkish Fed expectations continuing to weigh on risk asset preferences. In a weak market structure, we follow the trend, avoid chasing longs on rebounds, and short at resistance levels.
