How to Claim Red Packets

Gate has launched the new "Red Packet" feature. Users can give away or receive red packets with customizable greetings and passphrases. The red packets have multiple themes and special kinds. Red packets can be claimed by entering a certain passphrase.

Note:

Each user with KYC ID verification can only claim 2 red packets maximum in a 24 hours and the same red packet can only be claimed once.
The "Red Packet" feature is only available on Gate app.

How to claim a red packet

Step 1: Open Gate app and log in to your account. Click on your profile on the main page.

Step 2: Find and click on "Gift Coins".

Step 3: On the "Gift Coins" page, there are two ways to claim a red packet:

① Scan the QR code of the red packet.
② Enter the passphrase of the red packet and click on "Grab".
