mogul Club is a blockchain-based property investment platform whose revenue model includes a 3% fixed fee on property occupancy, capitalized in property raising. If the property requires capital expenditure, maintenance or leasing, Tycoon will build the property and make it available to the end user only on lease. In this case, it will charge a 2% fee.
