European Central Bank Committee: Should continue to gradually lower interest rates slightly

On December 16th, Jin10 Data reported that Cardimir, a member of the European Central Bank committee, said on Monday that the European Central Bank should continue to gradually and slightly lower interest rates to resist the temptation to support the economy that is rising in the euro zone with structural flaws. The European Central Bank lowered the Intrerest Rate by 25 basis points to 3% last week, but some policy makers advocated for a larger cut in interest rates, on the condition that the economy is particularly weak and the inflation rate may be even lower than the European Central Bank's target of 2% in the medium term. Cardimir, who is a policy hawk, wrote in a blog post that the most cautious strategy is still to maintain a gradual approach by lowering the interest rate by 25 basis points.
