The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has banned Richard Heyes, the former head of Pan-Asia Equity Trading at Citigroup Global Markets Asia, from returning to the securities industry for five years. Previously, the commission found that Heyes failed to ensure that traders were provided with adequate policies, systems controls, and appropriate training.
