BlockBeats reported that on October 24th, Cardano will release over 1.3 trillion dollars of BTC Liquidity for its Decentralized Finance ecosystem through a new integration with the BTCSmart Contract platform BitcoinOS (BOS). This integration aims to allow Cardano users to securely access BTC without an intermediary, thereby improving Cross-Chain Interaction functionality and expanding Decentralized Finance. The BOS Grail bridge is a key integrated component, providing a trustless connection supported by BOS’s ZK BitSNARK verification protocol. ZK technology enables BTC transactions and assets to bridge to Cardano’s on-chain Block, benefiting Cardano’s native Decentralized Finance projects without sacrificing Decentralization or security.
