How to reset login password on Gate website:
Step 1: Log into your account. Move your cursor on the top-right profile icon and go to "Security Settings" - "Password Management" - "Password" - "Change".
Step 2: Input your old password, new password (confirm it for the second time), and TOTP (Google verification code). Then click on "Confirm".
If you forget your login password, please do as follows:
Step 1: Click "Forgot password?" on the login page.
Step 2: Choose to reset your login password by email or phone number. Then you just need to follow the instructions to complete the reset.
How to reset login password on Gate app:
Open Gate mobile app and log into your account. Click on the top-left profile icon and go to "Security Center" - "Login Settings"-"Login Password (Change)".
If you forget your login password, please do as follows:
Step 1: Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page.
Step 2: Choose to reset your login password by email or phone number. Then you just need to follow the instructions to complete the reset.
Note:
1.Withdrawal and P2P trading will be disabled for 24 hours after resetting the password.
2.Your account will be logged out automatically after the login password is reset. You need to log in again using the new password.
