According to Gate.io News bot, Aptos has officially become the digital wallet provider for the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan. Data shows that during the first week of the opening, the wallet processed over 558,000 transactions, and the number of new user accounts reached 133,000.
The Aptos Horizon project team conducted an on-site inspection of the Expo venues during the opening week. The team stated that the pavilions of various countries showcased unique innovative technologies, architectural designs, and cultural characteristics, and it is expected to take a week to fully visit all exhibition areas.
The Expo will last until October, and it is expected to receive more than 28 million visitors. Aptos is actively promoting the application of its technology in the Expo scenarios.
