Pakistan successfully test-fired a short-range ballistic missile

The statement said that this launch aimed to ensure the operational readiness of Pakistan’s strategic forces and to validate key technical parameters of the missile, such as navigation accuracy and mobility. The “Abdali” missile has a range of 450 kilometers and can be used for precise strikes on targets, helping to enhance the strategic deterrence capability of the Pakistani military. The statement noted that the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and the Chief of Army Staff congratulated the successful missile test and expressed confidence in the strategic capabilities of the Pakistani forces, reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining the minimum deterrent necessary for national defense.
