Kaspa releases Testnet technical upgrade: block generation speed increased to 10 blocks per second

PANews reported on March 5 that according to Kaspa’s official news, the Testnet 10 (TN10) upgrade v0.17.0 has been released, introducing Crescendo hard fork, and the testnet block generation rate has been increased from 1 block per second to 10 blocks per second (that is, 1 block every 0.1 seconds). TN10 is expected to complete this upgrade at 18:30 UTC on March 6, 2025, and Kaspa invites the community to run TN10Node to participate in the test to ensure the smooth progress of the mainnet upgrade, which is scheduled to take place from the end of April to the beginning of May.
