Zcash ekibi, zcashd 6.0.0 sürümünü duyurdu; bu sürüm, 2726400 blok yüksekliğinde Ağ Yükseltme 6 (NU6) etkinleştirecek — 23 Kasım 2024 civarında bekleniyor ve bu, bir sonraki Zcash yarılanması ile çakışacak. NU6, yeni bir Zcash geliştirme fonu (Hibrit Ertelenmiş Geliştirme Fonu, doğrudan olmayan bir fonlama modeline geçiyor) uygulayacak ve gelecekteki merkeziyetsiz hibe fonlaması için bir “lockbox” oluşturacak.
