3.24 Bitcoin and Ethereum Morning Analysis

Yesterday's rally was essentially emotionally driven by news stimulus—yellow hair hyped positive news suddenly, and funds rushed in. However, this type of market action comes quickly and leaves just as fast, making it difficult to develop into a sustained trend. After the spike, it will likely consolidate with repeated oscillations.

From a technical perspective, this rebound ≠ reversal. Although the 4-hour level pulled aggressively, there's clear upper shadow line suppression above, price never managed to stand above the Bollinger upper band, and the Bollinger bands overall still open downward. The bearish structure remains intact.

For trading, Xiaozhugeliang still recommends mainly shorting on bounces. Rally attempts are opportunities to short—watch key resistance levels closely for signs of pressure.
