In the journey of the Web3 world, growth often comes with setbacks and lessons. Looking back at the past two years, I have gradually transformed from a newbie who knew nothing about Blockchain to a participant with an annual income exceeding one million. This experience has been filled with challenges, but each difficulty has become a valuable learning opportunity.

When I first entered the crypto world, I was like most newbies, lacking experience and judgment. My limited capital forced me to chase some so-called 'opportunities', resulting in either buying at high prices or getting stuck in a predicament. On others' advice, I tried high-risk contract trading, even going so far as to borrow money to increase my stake. Although I tasted some initial sweetness, I ultimately could not escape the fate of losses.

Later, I chased various trends, from inscriptions to airdrops, and it always seemed like I was a step behind. These experiences made me start to reflect: in this rapidly evolving industry, what role should I play?

After numerous failures and reflections, I gradually realized that in the Web3 field, true success is not about short-term speculation, but about deeply understanding technology and the market, finding one's own positioning and value. I began to focus on learning Blockchain technology, paying attention to industry development trends, and gradually building my own professional skills and judgment.

This process made me understand that growth requires time and patience. Just like a big tree, it should not compete with grass for height, but should focus on its own roots and growth. True strong individuals do not waste their energy on pointless conflicts, but rather concentrate on improving themselves and preparing for long-term development.

Every setback is an opportunity to learn. By constantly summarizing my experiences and adjusting my strategies, I gradually found a development path that suits me. Looking back now, those past failures and setbacks have instead become the driving force pushing me forward.

In the world of Web3, opportunities and risks coexist. It is important to maintain a learning attitude, continuously improve one's professional skills, and remain rational and patient. Only in this way can one find their place in this field full of opportunities and challenges, achieving true growth and success.
