Strategy Bolsters Dividend War Chest with $748 Million Stock Sale 💼
Strategy has increased its dedicated USD Reserve by $748 million through a sale of common stock, bringing the total reserve to approximately $2.19 billion. The funds are earmarked for dividend payments on the company's preferred shares.
This move extends the company's projected dividend coverage to approximately 32 months. The capital raise was executed entirely through equity sales, with no sale of the company's Bitcoin ($BTC) holdings, which remain at 671,268 BTC.
