Shivon Zilis, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Neuralink, had a new child with Elon Musk in early 2026, confirming the expansion of their personal relationship. This is the third offspring the executive has fathered with the billionaire entrepreneur.

According to legal record documents, this is not the first time Musk and Zilis have become parents together. In 2021, they had twins, whose legal identities were later modified through a petition Musk filed in court, requesting that the minors carry both the paternal and maternal surnames as middle names.

Although the exact number of Musk's children remains uncertain, publicly available information confirms the existence of at least 11 living descendants of the tech entrepreneur.
