Gate User ID (UID) Location Guide
Your Gate UID is a unique identity generated by the platform for each user. This information is required when contacting customer service or handling account security matters. Please choose the corresponding operation path according to the terminal you are using:
Web query steps
- Login Gate official website Click on the 'avatar' icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
- After clicking on the avatar, you can view your digital UID in the first row of the 'Personal Information Overview' section.
Mobile terminal query path

Open the Gate App

Click on the top left corner avatar to enter the personal homepage

Tap the top to enter personal profile and settings details

View your exclusive UID in the graphical location on the 'User Center' page.
Advanced Security Tips
- UID is sensitive information, please do not disclose it to unofficial channels
- Corporate account users need to use the main account/sub-account UID to submit work orders and start a new conversation.
