European ministers rare call, urging Iran to resume nuclear talks.
According to Gate News bot, sources from the French foreign ministry revealed that European foreign ministers told the Iranian foreign minister over the phone on Monday that he should resume nuclear negotiations with the United States to avoid escalating conflicts with Israel. The Iranian foreign minister stated that Tehran's current top priority is to combat Israel.
Last Friday, Israel launched a military operation codenamed "Rising Lion" against Iran's nuclear facilities, while two days earlier, representatives from the US and Iran were about to resume negotiations to reach a new agreement on Iran's nuclear program.
