SCF #38 Round Recap

The Stellar Community Fund (SCF) is an open-application awards program that draws on community input to support developers and startups building on Stellar.

Congratulations to all submitters on your achievement. We received 83 submissions, 44 of which were submitted for their first ever SCF Build awards.

Each round continues to raise the bar, and SCF #38 was no exception. This cohort of builders showcased bold ideas, practical solutions, and real-world applications that demonstrate the true power of open innovation. From next-gen DeFi platforms and infrastructure solutions, to global financial protocols, the projects this round highlight just how fast the Stellar ecosystem is evolving, and how committed our community is to building meaningful utility for users everywhere.

We awarded $2,568,750 worth of XLM to 24 projects in total for SCF #38.

Build Award

Projects can request a Build Award up to $150,000 worth of XLM*. The SCF Build Award is for projects which have significant (user) traction OR teams that are experienced in the Stellar ecosystem and have identified a validated need, both with a well thought out plan and architecture to be ready to build upon receiving the SCF Build Award. Rubic — $90,000 worth of XLM*
Rubic Connects Stellar-based assets to Rubic’s aggregation infrastructure to help developers and users access best rates and cross-chain swaps with multihop routing and no integration overhead.

FastBuka– $70,000 worth of XLM*
FastBuka is a blockchain-enabled food and grocery delivery platform built on the Stellar network that connects customers, vendors, and riders across Africa.

Cartwey — $60,000 worth of XLM*
Cartwey is a self-checkout platform revolutionizing retail experiences in supermarkets, grocery stores, and mini-marts.

Sollpay– $118,000 worth of XLM*
Sollpay builds a Stellar-integrated, keyless AA wallet using ZK-based identity to let users send crypto, access DeFi & xStock via phone or email.

Freedom Pay Wallet — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Freedom Pay Wallet transforms how aid agencies deliver financial aid with transparent, near-instant disbursements via Stellar.

AgTrail: Stellar Food Traceability— $60,000 worth of XLM*
AgTrail offers blockchain traceability and NGNC payments to help Nigerian producers and processors meet export standards and reach premium markets.

Lul-Serving The Unbanked — $37,500 worth of XLM*
Lul offers Stellar-powered finance tools so refugees and the unbanked can receive money, crowdfund, save, and pay affordably.

SFx Super Money App– $55,000 worth of XLM*
SFx is the easiest way for foreign residents in Turkey and Cyprus to receive money and spend overseas, powered by Circle’s USDC and EURC.

IRL– $137,000 worth of XLM*
IRL is developing a global onchain loyalty platform that rewards real-world cultural engagement using Stellar-based points, payments, and token incentives.

Kasi Money– $150,000 worth of XLM*
Kasi helps migrant workers send fiat from their bank account which helps their family get cash cheaper + faster via USDC on Stellar. No crypto complexity.

Stellar Merch Shop– $105,000 worth of XLM*
Stellar Merch Shop is aglobal community-driven Stellar merch platform blending premium physical products with blockchain-native features like NFT-based proof of authenticity, creator royalties, and community-driven governance.

Hito Wallet — $50,000 worth of XLM*
Hito Wallet enables the Hito hardware wallet to support Stellar. Hito currently supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and NEAR and has sold more than 5,000 customized wallets.

Agnostic — $121,000 worth of XLM*
Agnostic offers a real-time analytics platform to help Stellar developers access and explore on-chain data easily with SQL-powered tools.

Institutional Treasury — XLM — $118,000 worth of XLM*
Institutional Treasury — XLM offers Stellar payment orchestration to help businesses manage custody, compliance, and flows with KYT, payment links & policies.

Webacy Inc.– $150,000 worth of XLM*
Webacy Inc offers real-time wallet and token risk scoring to help Stellar ecosystem be safer using DD’s on-chain threat intelligence.

Token Terminal — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Token Terminal seeks to partner with Stellar to make its blockchain data transparent, standardized, and accessible to both institutional and retail stakeholders, driving ecosystem growth and adoption.

Aerochain — $128,000 worth of XLM*
Aerochain provides a blockchain protocol to help aerospace actors ensure part traceability and compliance with Soroban.

Onboard Game Devs with Beamable — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Onboard Game Devs with Beamable expands the Stellar gaming ecosystem by integrating with Beamable to enable devs to rapidly build & launch games on Stellar.

WebSoroban IDE — $60,000 worth of XLM*
WebSoroban IDE is shipping Soroban straight to your browser. No clutter. No delays. No dev drama.

Peridot Finance — $91,750 worth of XLM*
Peridot Finance offers cross-chain DeFi with fintech-grade UX, lending, perpetuals, and AI guidance, built on Soroban and powered by Axelar & Wormhole.

Minah — $97,500 worth of XLM*
Minah offers Africa-focused RWA investments to help Afro optimist investors fund projects with DeFi-powered, low-cost Stellar rails.

ROZO — One Tap to Pay — $150,000 worth of XLM*
Rozo is a stablecoin abstraction for real-world commerce. Any coin. Any chain.

Vanna Protocol — $145,000 worth of XLM*
Vanna Protocol empowers crypto & pro traders to borrow 10x capital, trade multiple markets, and hedge with risk management tools.

YieldBack.Cash — $125,000 worth of XLM*
YieldBack.Cash allows users to issue coupon bonds, sponsors deposit coupons that guarantee users fixed income while they earn the pool’s interest, boosting TVL.
