LEGO Eyes Virtual Worlds, Teams with Epic 🌐

Abstract generation in progress

Danish toy maker LEGO is stepping into the metaverse. They're cooking up a virtual world with Epic Games. Pretty big shift for a company known for plastic bricks you can hold. They're eyeing digital entertainment now.

Bitcoin sits at $109,551.43, down a bit. BNB dropped to $947.44. Kind of interesting how old-school companies like LEGO are mingling with this whole Web3 thing 🚀.

Money's good for LEGO lately. Really good. Their 2025 numbers show 12% growth to DKK 34.6 billion for half the year. Market share up. Brand team-ups working well. They opened shops in 24 new spots too 🔥.

Still family-owned. Always has been since 1932. The Kirk Kristiansen family keeps it close. Funny thing about LEGO investing - you can't buy shares, but those rare sets? They go up about 11% yearly after retirement. Not bad.

Their Epic Games thing? Seems they're after the kids. Mixing physical bricks with virtual worlds. Smart move, probably.
