According to reporters, this is also an active response by Shanghai-listed companies to the call for “dividends before the Spring Festival,” demonstrating their commitment to stable and regular cash dividends through practical actions. Data shows that in the last 6 trading days before the 2026 Spring Festival holiday, nearly 20 companies including Industrial Bank, CITIC Securities, and China Yangtze Power will distribute a total of about 25.8 billion yuan in “cash red envelopes.” Looking at the longer timeline, from December 2025 to before the 2026 Spring Festival, the total dividends issued by Shanghai-listed companies are expected to exceed 347.6 billion yuan, potentially reaching the 350 billion yuan mark, surpassing the 300 billion yuan of the same period last year.
