According to reports, NetEase Youdao officially launched the desktop-level agent “LobsterAI” (Chinese name: Youdao Lobster) today. The product is positioned as a “7x24-hour all-scenario personal assistant agent that helps you get work done.” Currently, it is open for beta testing applications on the official website. It is reported that LobsterAI adopts an intuitive GUI similar to Claude Cowork. Whether it is information retrieval, schedule management, or in-depth data analysis, users only need to communicate with it. Once authorized, LobsterAI can automatically execute complex processes locally on the computer through programmatic methods and deliver the results. In terms of device support, LobsterAI has now integrated mobile and PC connections, allowing users to perform remote interactions via apps like DingTalk and Lark on their mobile devices.
