On March 6, Hangzhou hosted its first land auction for residential land after the Spring Festival. After 109 rounds of bidding, Poly Developments won the SC080201-27 land parcel in Chengdong New City, Shangcheng District, with a bid of 3,223.94 million yuan, resulting in a floor price of 44,985 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 51.08%. The land parcel covers an area of 32,576 square meters, with a planned construction area of 71,667.2 square meters and a plot ratio of 2.2. The site has obvious advantages, being adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Mai Miao Port water systems, about 500 meters from the Xinfeng Station on Metro Line 4. Within a 3-kilometer radius, there is also Hangzhou East Railway Station, a major national transportation hub, forming a three-dimensional transportation network of “subway + high-speed rail,” making transportation extremely convenient.
