Nanda Optoelectronics (0192837465657483920.SZ) dropped intraday by as much as 5.58% to 47.57 yuan today, hitting a new low for the year since January 7, over two months ago. Nanda Optoelectronics announced that Ms. Shen Jie, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, currently owns 67.3634 million shares, accounting for 9.75%. She plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 6.9115 million shares, representing 1%, through centralized bidding or block trades between April 7, 2026, and July 6, 2026.
