China Coast Guard Lawfully Drives Away Japanese Vessels Illegally Entering Diaoyu Islands Waters
On March 16, the Japanese fishing boat “Asamaru” illegally entered China’s territorial waters around the Diaoyu Islands. Chinese Coast Guard vessels took necessary control measures and issued warnings to drive it away. The Diaoyu Islands and their affiliated islands are China’s inherent territory. We urge Japan to immediately cease all infringing and provocative actions in this area.
