According to Crypto Rover's analysis, over a six-year period, Bitcoin's long-term performance significantly outperforms gold and traditional stocks, with returns reaching 1273%, compared to gold's returns of only 231%. Although gold led Bitcoin over the past five years with returns of 189% versus Bitcoin's 27%, this data highlights the importance of investment timing. Since late February, amid geopolitical tensions, Bitcoin's price has risen approximately 8%, and the cryptocurrency fear and greed index has rebounded from a historic low of 5 to 43, suggesting that through strategies such as dollar-cost averaging, Bitcoin may present an opportunity for substantial returns.
