KOKO HILLS Phase 3B at KOKO MARE, Kwun Tong Lam Tin Station under Wheelock Properties, has announced the latest sales arrangement, offering 13 new two-bedroom units for bidding.

Wheelock Properties Vice Chairman and Managing Director Anthony Shiu said that starting today, two new show units are open at KOKO HILLS, located in Tower 3, 17th floor, Unit D, and Tower 8, 18th floor, Unit B. The unit in Tower 3, 17th floor, Unit D features a three-bedroom suite with a storage room, with a usable area of 769 square feet. The unit in Tower 8, 18th floor, Unit B has a two-bedroom layout, with a usable area of 425 square feet.

To date, the entire KOKO HILLS series has sold 1,078 units, with nearly 80% sold, generating over HKD 10.8 billion in sales.
