After today’s close, I kept thinking whether I should post or not!
This kind of closing scene has already become muscle memory in my mind. From commercial aerospace, to gold and silver, to tungsten small metals, to oil and gas sectors, and last Friday’s computational electricity synergy—these scenarios have been played out countless times! So in the afternoon, I couldn’t help but tell my brothers that chemical stocks didn’t buy any points at the end!
My feeling is that those with high awareness are all in cash, the awakened retail traders have accepted defeat, and quant traders are all laughing!
During dinner tonight, I kept thinking: quant trading is truly invincible, this time you really won big!
Since January 21, I said gold and silver were the strongest, but no one believed. By January 29, everyone believed and understood!
On the last day before the New Year, February 13, I thought tungsten metals were the strongest, but everyone was afraid again. Since last week, I’ve been clear that computing power is a rebound, electricity is stronger than computing power, and chemical stocks are stronger than electricity, so I avoided the pitfalls of computing power and electricity, and finally left chemical stocks amid the noisy crowd!

It takes a long time for people to learn all the lessons they deserve from their mistakes.
People say everything has two sides. However, in the stock market, there is only one side—not the bulls’ side or the bears’ side, but the correct side. It took me a long time to firmly root this basic principle in my mind, longer than mastering most other technical aspects of stock speculation.

Thinking back on the past few years, tears couldn’t help but fall into my glass. If I were the old me, in this market, I’d probably have been halved again and again. But now I feel like I’ve truly grown; being in cash feels so comfortable. In the past, I rarely stayed in cash for more than two days a year. Even if I bought 100 stocks, I’d leave a tiny leftover! Professional traders who keep losing must constantly try to seize any intraday opportunity, but in the end, excessive trial-and-error costs cause their accounts to fluctuate downward!

Let’s just go with it—patience as the boat, foresight as the sail, steady and far-reaching!
Right now, oil and gas futures are still in the red, but I hope my worries are unnecessary, and everyone can happily eat meat tomorrow, while I watch you eat and drool!
