On the news front, following storage chips and packaging, the semiconductor supply chain may see a new wave of price hikes. Mature process wafer foundries like UMC, World Advanced, and Powerchip are expected to raise prices starting as early as April, with increases of up to 10% or more.
Alibaba is expected to launch a new enterprise AI Agent application as soon as this week. Developed by the DingTalk team, the app aims to provide powerful Agent capabilities, assisting companies in automating operations on computers, browsers, and cloud servers. It also includes dedicated security features to protect corporate data privacy. Additionally, Alibaba plans to gradually integrate other B2B services such as Taobao, Alipay, and Alibaba Cloud into this AI Agent product.
BioMap, a life sciences AI large model company supported by Baidu and founded by Robin Li, has secretly submitted an application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, aiming to raise several hundred million dollars. In June last year, BioMap CEO Liu Wei stated that the company plans to actively seek a public listing in Hong Kong within the next year and a half.

The Office reminds organizations and citizens to be aware of and understand the privacy and security risks involved before deploying or using OpenClaw and other agentic AI systems. They should take sufficient and effective security measures to prevent data leaks, malicious system takeover, and cybersecurity threats, ensuring the protection of personal data privacy.

Huatai Securities believes that last week’s external markets remained highly volatile due to geopolitical tensions and significant oil price fluctuations. However, Hong Kong stocks, which are usually sensitive to geopolitical risks, showed relative resilience. This is mainly due to two reasons: first, Hong Kong stocks include many high-dividend and cyclical stocks; second, the short positions accumulated during the previous sustained pressure on Hong Kong stocks, especially the Hang Seng Tech Index, were partially closed during high volatility.
