Qichacha app shows that Beijing Sruisi Information Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Meng Hao as the legal representative, registered capital of 2.1 million yuan, and business scope including digital cultural creative content application services, information technology consulting services, software outsourcing services, animation and game development, and more. Qichacha’s equity penetration indicates that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Sixin Information Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Neusoft Group. (People’s Financial News)
