Lawyer Reminder: When Getting a Wooden Barrel Bath and Scrubbing, Never Be Fully Nude

A lawyer warns that many people go to foot bath shops to experience wooden barrel baths and scrubbing, often habitually removing all clothing. In fact, this behavior carries significant risks, not only violating public order and morals but also potentially involving illegal conduct.
Nowadays, many foot bath shops offer formal bathing services that cost around two hundred yuan. The technicians only perform scrubbing services, do not touch private areas, and are fully dressed throughout the process. Customers are also prohibited from inappropriate behavior.
According to regulations, these services must meet two requirements: first, customers must wear disposable underwear; second, the room door must have transparent glass for external viewing. Shops that do not meet these standards cannot offer this service, and covering the glass secretly can result in penalties.
However, in reality, many customers tear off the disposable underwear, and some technicians, for convenience, tacitly allow or even actively help customers remove them. These actions cross the line.
Proper scrubbing services are fine in themselves, but private areas must never be exposed—that is the legal and moral bottom line.
If discovered, both customers and technicians could face penalties. What should be a normal bathing service can turn into trouble, which is really not worth it.
