EVE Energy: Plans to invest in the Qidong Economic Development Zone to build a 50GWh energy (power) battery manufacturing base

People’s Finance News, April 7—EVE Energy (300014) announced on April 7 that the company plans to sign an “Investment Cooperation Agreement” with the Qidong Municipal People’s Government (hereinafter referred to as the “Qidong Municipal Government”) regarding the company’s investment and construction of a 50GWh energy storage (power) battery production base in the Qidong Economic Development Zone. The project’s total investment is approximately RMB 5.0 billion. On the same day, EVE Energy also announced that the company plans to sign an “Investment Agreement for the Energy Storage Battery Production Base Project” with the Shanghang County People’s Government (hereinafter referred to as the “Shanghang County Government”), and to sign a “Joint Venture Agreement” with Longi Environmental Protection. The company plans to jointly invest with Longi Environmental Protection, establish a joint venture company, and have the joint venture company invest in and build an energy storage battery production base with an annual production capacity of 60GWh in the Shanghang Bisha New Materials Sci-Tech Valley in Fujian Province through the joint venture company. The project’s planned total investment is approximately RMB 6.0 billion.
