On April 9, game company Valve was revealed to be developing an internal artificial intelligence tool called "SteamGPT," primarily aimed at improving customer support processing efficiency and internal task management capabilities. According to leaked backend code information, the system includes two main modules: "SteamGPT" and "SteamGPTSummary," which can automatically retrieve and compile player account information (such as registration duration, credit scores, etc.), assisting customer service in quickly assessing user situations and resolving issues.
