Trump says he is not worried that bombing civilian facilities constitutes a war crime
Local time on April 6 afternoon, Beijing time this morning (April 7) early, at a White House press conference, a reporter at the scene asked U.S. President Donald Trump whether the alleged intentional attack by the U.S. military on civilian infrastructure violates international law, and asked whether Trump is worried that threats to bomb power plants and bridges would constitute war crimes. Trump repeatedly interrupted the reporter’s questions, denounced the reporter’s outlet, The New York Times, as losers, and said he is not worried at all, because this is to ensure that Iran will not have nuclear weapons. He also said that the people of Iran have asked him to keep bombing the places where they live, because they are willing to “endure such suffering for freedom.” (CCTV International News)
