The U.S. military expands the scope of maritime transportation sanctions against Iran, including weapons and other items in the sanctions list.
ME News Report, April 16 (UTC+8), according to market sources, the U.S. military has expanded its maritime transportation blockade against Iran to include weapons, arms, and other prohibited items.
Any ships suspected of transporting prohibited items to Iran, regardless of their location, are subject to the “visit and search rights” of the warring country and may be seized.
