Lately, when reviewing projects, I don't really want to hear their vision anymore. I'm tired but still here... I prefer to focus on the treasury expenditures: where the money is going, whether the spending is stable. To put it simply, if the proportion of "slow money" like R&D, security audits, and infrastructure is higher, I’m more willing to take a second look; if they constantly talk about market partnerships, KOLs, various event reimbursements, and even throw in a "milestone achieved" poster, I’ll just discount it in my mind.
But don’t just look at the milestones on the surface; it’s bette

Recently, I've been looking at a few PFP/member pass projects again, and I realize that most of the time what I buy isn't "long-term value," but the current attention and sense of community belonging. To put it simply, whether a brand can survive depends first on whether the team can keep delivering consistently, and second on whether I can hold my position without adding more or increasing the stakes. In the past few days, the group has been circulating rumors about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and de-pegging, which makes me uneasy, but my current rule is: take screenshots of messag

Recently, a whole bunch of parallel/sharded narrative threads have been sweeping the feeds again—looks lively enough. Once a bit of hype kicks in, TVL goes up immediately, but the line from old users—“dig/withdraw/sell”—really isn’t some backhanded snark… In plain terms, money comes in fast, but once it’s time to leave, it has to go out even faster.
When I look at these new L1/L2s, my first reaction isn’t “can they run a bit more,” but rather: where can I park my assets with the least chance of something going wrong, have the bridges/contracts been hammered by people before, and if something r

These days, I've been looking at governance votes for a few protocols again, claiming to be "community co-governance."
But in the end, half of the votes are delegated, and basically, a few big players plus some "celebrity proxies" are making the decisions.
Who exactly is the governance token governing?
Honestly, it's the right to interpret the rules, not someone like me holding a few hundred or thousand tokens.
What's more awkward is that many people are too lazy to even check who they are voting for, defaulting to a quick delegation check.
Oligarchic control didn't happen overnight;

Ripple's approach is quite pragmatic: it doesn't focus on flashy tricks, but instead concentrates on the payment track that can generate the most real cash flow.

I used to be scared by words like "block builders," "bundles," and "MEV," feeling that if I didn't understand, I would get cut; now I think, retail investors just need to understand "don't consider yourself a system player." To put it simply: the transaction you send may not be included in the block in the order you want, someone might bundle, jump the queue, or cut in front of you, especially when you're in small pools, setting too large slippage, or chasing gains and cutting losses—that's most obvious.
My current approach is pretty simple: I'd rather earn a little less, set slippage to a fix

62B Lock-up modification plan, the market needs to digest the expectations first.
View Original
CryptoSat
World Liberty Financial just posted a governance proposal to restructure 62.28 Billion locked $WLFI tokens.
Key points:
• Up to 10% burn planned
• 40.7B tokens to start vesting for founders & team
• Tokens were previously locked indefinitely
• Comes after recent $75M loan controversy
Token unlock + vesting could bring new supply pressure to the market.
Execution, timelines, and transparency will decide the reaction. 👀
