"Big Short" Michael Burry: The market may experience a bubble, and those on the sidelines are the real winners.

Abstract generation in progress

On October 31, Michael Burry, the protagonist of the movie “The Big Short,” seemed to issue a subtle warning about market frenzy to retail investors. He posted on social media stating: “Sometimes we see bubbles, sometimes we can 'turn the tide', and sometimes being an outsider allows us to win.” At the time he posted this, an increasing number of people are questioning the financial stability of the AI craze. For example, Nvidia became the first company this week to surpass a market capitalization of $5 trillion. Its market capitalization currently accounts for nearly one-tenth of the total market capitalization of the S&P 500 index, surpassing the GDP of India, Japan, and Germany. Michael Burry is known for his cautionary statements about the market and economy, but this time his post did not clearly indicate what kind of bubble he was referring to.
