- Pre-Market OTC Points Orders follow the principle of maintaining total market cap equivalence ZORA POINTS has a projected issuance of 10,000,000,000, serving as the token credential for Pre-Market OTC trades of ZORA. The Total Supply of ZORA Token is locked at 10,000,000,000, establishing a conversion ratio of 1:1.
- All completed ZORA POINTS Pre-Market OTC trades will be converted to ZORA Tokens at the specified ratio. The total order settlement amount will remain consistent.
Example: User A purchases 500 ZORA POINTS for 0.1 USDT per point. The total order amount is 50 USDT, with a deposit guarantee of 50 USDT.
After the conversion at the ratio of 1:1, the total settlement amount remains 50 USDT. And the token quantity also remains 500 ZORA Tokens.
