FTX is suing some token issuance parties to recover unreturned assets.
According to Wu, FTX announced that it has filed lawsuits against certain Token and Crypto Assets issuers holding FTX assets who refuse to cooperate in order to recover bankruptcy assets, and will take further legal action against other issuers who have not responded. Currently, FTX has sued NFT Stars Limited and KUROSEMI INC. (Delysium), accusing them of failing to deliver the Token as stipulated in the contract. FTX stated that it will continue to pursue legal avenues to maximize asset recovery and return to creditors.
