Odaily Planet Daily reports that stablecoin payment company Transak has obtained new state-level Money Transmitter Licenses (MTL) in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, South Carolina, Vermont, and Pennsylvania, expanding its presence in the United States. Currently, Transak holds licenses in a total of 11 states, including Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, and Missouri. These licenses will allow the company to legally handle stablecoin transactions, transfer funds, and directly offer fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchange services to users without relying on intermediaries.
